Hervé Léger By Max AzriaAUTUMN/WINTER 2013-14 COLLECTION
Reinvented and re-launched by Max and Lubov Azria in 2007, the Hervé Léger by Max Azria collections maintains the couturier’s heritage while evolving with the Azrias’ distinct vision. Its latest collection, the Autumn/Winter 2013-14 presented at New York Fashion Week, encapsulates empowered femininity to pay tribute to modern glamour; while inspired by Les Lalanne, the artist duo who sculpted surreal animals and vegetation.
The fall show brought the label’s signature bandage dresses, created to sculpt the body and perfectly accentuates the curves of the female form. We’ve also seen lots of separates (more than ever), high-waist pencil skirts worn with matching leggings, cropped tops, zipped-cuff leggings, structured clutches, booties and caps.
The show was elegant and glamorous, with luxurious fabrics, elaborate embellishment, wild animal prints and snakeskin-effect fabrics. See our favorite catwalk looks below.
